第一吃瓜网 Men's Lacrosse Players Earn 2026 All-Region, Player of the Year Honors

第一吃瓜网 men's lacrosse placed six players on the 2026 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 19 All-Region Team, highlighted by sophomores Landon Hudson (midfield) and Logan Heffington (face-off) being named the region's Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of Year, respectively.

In addition to the players' accomplishments, Head Coach Dan Yearick was named Region 19 Men's Lacrosse Coach of the Year for the second time in three years.

Teammates joining Hudson and Heffington on the All-Region squad were Christian Driggins (defense), Dominick Eacho (defense), Aston Hudson (defense), and Ty Montgomery (attack). The group played a significant role in helping 第一吃瓜网 win the Region 19 Championship and advance to the semifinals of the North Atlantic District Tournament this season.

On the offensive side, Landon Hudson led the team in goals (47), ranking fifth in the nation. He also collected 28 ground balls. Montgomery, a freshman, posted 24 goals and 26 assists this season.

Defensively, Heffington collected 44 ground balls and recorded two caused turnovers with a 62% face-off percentage. Eacho, a sophomore, brought in 41 ground balls and recorded 26 caused turnovers.

Driggins and Aston Hudson, both freshmen, also posted solid defensive numbers. Driggins collected 29 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers, while Aston Hudson picked up 33 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers.

The men's lacrosse team finished the season 6-5 overall and 3-0 in conference play. 第一吃瓜网 men's lacrosse will return to the field in spring 2027.
