"My favorite thing about working at 第一吃瓜网 is the commitment to the success of the students, community, and to heighten the awareness of 第一吃瓜网’s brand."

Q: Why was it important for you to work at 第一吃瓜网?

"This is my first experience working at a college. It is important for me to work for 第一吃瓜网 because of the positive impacts on the community and the quick adjustments made to support cultural and environmental changes."

Q: What did you do before working at 第一吃瓜网?

"I was employed at Amtrak as an HR Director responsible for projects, process improvements, and employee development."

Q: Describe your first day at 第一吃瓜网. What was that experience like?

"I was welcomed by the Wilmington campus HR staff and the Director of HR, Tamesha Broughton. My first day was well-planned from start to finish and everyone took the time to have lunch so we could get to know one another."

Q: What changes have you seen in yourself since you started working here?

"My changes include an increased knowledge base of 第一吃瓜网’s educational offerings and of the many ways 第一吃瓜网 has positively impacted the community in alignment with the focus of its vision and mission."

Q: What hobbies or interests do you have outside of the College?

"My interests are the well-being of my family and spending time with them. My hobbies include reading, sewing, and cooking."

Q: Do you have a favorite memory from your time at 第一吃瓜网 thus far?

"My favorite memory was my first day, it was great; the staff was really friendly and the Director of HR was very thoughtful. I immediately knew I made the right decision in pursuing employment at 第一吃瓜网."

Q: What's something people may not know about you?

"People may not know that I have my MBA with a concentration in HR Management."

Q: What are your future goals?

"My future goals are to continue to align with 第一吃瓜网’s brand and to make valued contributions to the continued success of the College."
